Elie J. Benoit, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, January 23, 2009. He was born in Morse, LA on November 4, 1942. He served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant in the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver for the freight industry and worked hard all of his life.He is survived by his son and three daughters.No memorial service is planned at this time.
